ACTIVE DURING NON SALE TIMES ::
1> View our ::HOMEPAGE:: and click on the store ::STORE:: icon on the homepage to view our selection.
2> To view a specific designer click on ::OUR DESIGNERS:: link from our homepage menu. Or access a particular designer from the ::HOMEPAGE:: click the 'Refresh' button, at the top of your internet browser, until you see the designer's collection you would like to view.
3> Once in our ::STORE:: you can search for an item by designer, necklaces/choker earrings etc. by using the pulldown menus at the top of the page. You can also search by your favourite gemstone using the same method.
4> Click in the item photo you would like to view, this will bring up our product page with the item description, price, availability and delivery times.
5> Click on ::add to shopping basket:: if you wish to purchase the item and choose your size if any. If you wish to pay by cheque please email us at angel@loulasboutique.com
6> The item you have chosen will appear automatically in the ::SHOPPING CART:: at the checkout stage. Click the quantity you require and make sure to enter your discount code in the box. Remember to click ::update totals:: your discount will be automatically updated.
7> If you wish to add more items in your basket, click ::back to store:: and you will be directed back into the store.
8> To deleted an item from the shopping basket select the tick box next to the item and click ::remove selected item::
9> To empty your basket ::remove all items::
10> If you wish to add more items in your basket, click ::back to store:: and you will be directed back into the store. Your items will remain in your shopping cart unless you have removed them.
11> When you have all the items you wish in your cart click ::PayPal CHECKOUT::
12> Enter your credit card details by following the instructions on screen. You will not need a PayPal account to pay using our checkout. Just a CC/DD. Postage is automatically added to you total on checkout. Choose your credit card type and type in your credit card number and expiration date. Make sure you enter the correct delivery address if different from your home address.
13> If you see a your confirmation message at the end it means that you have successfully placed an order!
14> Once your order is confirmed an email will be sent you from PayPal confirming your purchase. We will email you with a Royal Mail dispatch code for you to track your item on-line.This is useful for overseas dispatch. Track and trace your item at www.royalmail.com
