EU Destinations FREE P&P - Sent Airsure - signature required. Please allow 3-7 days.

All orders are dispatched within 24 hrs of receipt of order. Some orders may require more time, see details on item for dispatch times. You will be notified of dispatch with a Royal Mail tracking number. Track your order www.royalmail.com. If the order is sent direct from designer no tracking number will be issued but you will be notified of arrival date.
Orders received Monday - Thursday before 3pm posted for next day arrival if item is listed as 'in-stock'. Otherwise please allow 3-5 days. Orders received Saturday and Sunday posted Monday, for Tuesday delivery before 1pm.
All items of jewellery are supplied with a luxurious, complimentary re-cycled designer gift box, purple silk gift pouch and blank designer gift tag, wrapped in bubblewrap and sealed in a Silver Royal Mail Special Delivery waterproof envelope. We hate waste so have kept our packging to a minimum, we use re-cycled boxes and hope you'll re-cycle them too!

**RETURNS**
You are entitled to return an ordered item within 14 days following the date of the delivery.
To return an item you must contact us by email at angel@loulasboutique.com within seven days of receipt of the order stating your item number and reason for return.
Loula's Boutique will provide you with return address and within seven days of receipt of this address, you must then return the item in its original condition with tag attached; in the original packaging. We will send you a full refund for the price you paid. Refunds are only available via the means it was paid. eg. via PayPal. We will not refund any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the EU or PayPal fees.
As an alternative, you can request an exchange value of the refund amount to be used against future purchases.
Any item returned outside of the above time periods, can only be returned at the discretion of Loula's Boutique and can only be refunded as a Credit Note.
Please check the item carefully before removing tags, as we will not accept the return of any non-faulty item which has been worn and/or had the tag removed. For reasons of health and hygiene, earrings for pierced ears; toe rings and belly button rings cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights.
**We recommend you use a **Recorded Delivery** service. You will be responsible for the postage fees to return the goods unless the item is faulty or was delivered to you by mistake. We cannot accept liability for an item lost or damaged in transit. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
To exchange an item, this can only be done subject to product availability. Please follow the same procedure as the returns policy above noting in particular how goods should be returned. Once the item to be exchanged is received in the correct condition, the exchanged item will only then be despatched.
Loula's Boutique does not accept liability for shortages or damage to deliveries unless you notify us of the same within seven days of receipt of the delivery.

Cancellations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to cancel your order for any item within seven working days of delivery.
For your protection, please use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item to us unless the delivery was made to you by mistake or if the item is faulty.
