Payment Methods
Loula’s Boutique accept payments made by all major credit cards and debit cards via Paypal.. You can also pay using your PayPal balance or credit/debit card.
All information is strictly confidential and is not shared with other parties.
Delivery Information
Worldwide postage is included in all of our prices and all items of jewellery are supplied with a complimentary designer pouch or box, wrapped in bubble wrap and sealed in a silver Royal Mail Special Delivery waterproof envelope.
All orders placed before 1pm will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours, goods in stock are sent immediately for next day delivery. All goods direct from designer will be received within 14 days. If for any reason there is a delay we will contact you as soon as possible. Please refer to individual item descriptions.
All of our packages are insured in transit and VAT is included in the price.
International delivery may incur an extra duty charge, please contact your local Customers & Excise office. All items are marked Gift. We will deliver to UK and international PO Box addresses.
Returns Policy
Please note for all returns the items must still have the security tags attached.
Special Items
If you’ve seen something in our store but not in your size, please get in touch, most of our designers will process a special order for you. Special orders are customized and not refundable unless on arrival are damaged or broken.
Cancelling an Order before Despatch
If you change your mind before despatch, please telephone us immediately to cancel the order, we will require you to e-mail confirmation to us.
Changed Your Mind
When you purchase from Loula’s Boutique, you can be assured that if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product you may return it to us and we will give you a full refund. From the day after you receive the item you have 7 days to decide if the item is not suitable. You must contact us by e-mail or in writing at the addresses shown below as soon as possible. Please note that you are responsible for secure special delivery payment of return shipping if the product is not damaged.
Please note that we do not accept the return of earrings due to health and safety/hygiene reasons.
Faulty/Damaged Goods
If you receive the item and it is damaged or faulty, please contact us by telephone as soon as possible and we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you. We will require confirmation in writing or by e-mail. Please note that you are responsible for returning the faulty item back to us and we will refund the delivery cost.
